Setting up your appointment is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

If you you have an IRS tax problem, owe back taxes, or own a business that owes payroll or income taxes, visit this link. We can help you with these issues no matter where you live in the United States. To take the next step, visit our Tax Services Page.

If you live in upstate South Carolina and are seeking an adoption, divorce, child custody, DSS abuse/neglect, or other family law issue, then we may be able to help you.  In order to determine if we can help you, you need to make an appointment.

STEP 1: MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please complete this short form (after you submit this form, a team member will contact you to schedule a consultation) or you may call our office at 864-558-0512 to set up a convenient time for us to meet to discuss your case. I am happy for this initial meeting to be by telephone, Zoom, or in person.

STEP 2: PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Have you already been served with papers from your spouse or an opposing party?  Are you under a court order currently?  Have you received a demand letter from an attorney?  These are all important things that we will need to review at our meeting.  You should also have important contact information for you, information about where any opposing parties live and work, and information about your children.  It also helps if you have up-to-date information about your monthly income and expenses and household finances.

STEP 3: COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

It is important that you come to your appointment on time.  We will set aside thirty minutes to meet with you to discuss your case.  Before you meet with me, I ask that you complete an intake form that will provide me with some basic background information about you and your case.  Then we will meet to discuss your case and what I may be able to do for you.  At this time, I will quote you a fee and you can decide if you would like to retain my legal services.

Thanks so much for considering me as your attorney.  I look forward to meeting with you soon.
